HSTEC will once again participate in the International Machine Tool and Tools Fair – BIAM Zagreb, which takes place from 14th to 17th April 2010. In addition to our standard high-speed drive technology products, we are presenting a robotic prototype system – ROKI.

The robotic system – ROKI is designed and developed for assistance in surgery. ROKI represents the begining of the development of medical robotics in Croatia. The project is financed by the Croatian Institute of Technology – HIT. The project was managed by the University of Zadar, forming a project team of 11 researchers who have conceived the first concept design of the project. Concept design development, engineering, production, controls and final testing of the robotic system were performed in the HSTEC.

A large part of the stand will be reserved for the presentation of industrial robots of our partner company ABB. Very interesting will be the commissioning of robots and introducing the robot applications in various industries.

We will also exhibit the products of the companies which we represent: Rexroth Bosch – Electric Drives and Controls, Balluff, Alpha – Wittenstein, Mitutoyo.
