Efficiency of the HSTEC's R&D team is based on the principle of open innovation, where in cooperation with external partners, research institutions and customers, innovative products are built by the demands of the contemporary industrial market, thus reducing the production time and meeting the customer needs. In contrast to the principle of mass production HSTEC develops products by the principle of customized production, in which the customer integration and its demands evolves through the whole development and production cycle of a product.
